    Data missing

    I have data that is changing and disappering in at least two forms

    In one form, I deleted two entries this morning (9/5) that are now back, and there are two submissions that are missing (I have the email notification)

    In another form, there is an entry from this morning (9/5) missing.

    I also created a folder named "Unused" an put two forms in it and disabled them.  The folder is gone, and the forms are back in their original folder and re-enabled.

    It's almost as if everything reverted back to about 9am CDT on 9/5

    This is very, very bad.  Please explain what happened.


    Any update on this ?????????

    I also created some HTML reports and an Excel report around the same time and those are gone too.

    I also made a slight change to two forms in an HTML item, and those changes are gone too

    This is really looking like something reverted back to around 9am CDT on 9/5

    Also, FWIW, my submission counts are off too, saw the posts about that issue

    Hi, and yes as stated in other threads that you may have seen notice about, yesterday we had a buggy release that resulted in this issue along with some residual issues from the day before with another error. Both of these errors led to several problems with form's for several members of our website. It is possible that during this time you most likely experienced this unexpected problem since you are describing related issues to it.

    I have looked over your forms and watched them for a few just to see if anything changes and they appear to be okay. However, despite the incedent everything is fixed and it only affected certain data and not your actual submitted counts themselves. You may also experience some related lag in some submissions not coming through which explains why you cannot see them but they will appear later when it finally subsides.

    Thank's for checking into this, my submissiomn data is back today and is correct and all form and folder changes are there too.  The submission counts are correct as well.

    In addition to what my colleague has stated: Please check the data on Excel and compare it to your emails, and if you see any missing entries in the Excel, then please let us know and we will look into it further
