Header and sub header - Size, location and gray box behaving erratically when exporting to PDF?

Hi, I am still having major issues with headers when exporting my forms to PDF...

Every time I export the font goes small and hits the far left of the form.. it usually appears central, bold and in a gray box?  Every time I try to adjust the PDF it goes crazy and takes me ages to reformat it, but its hopeless!

Below is how it is constantly re-formatting it? I have tried centralizing it and increasing the width, but it always glitches and fails. I've tried in 3 different browsers - every one glitches in a different way? Is there some sort of bug atm? ALL headers in my form appear tiny no matter how much i try to organise them!
