account upgrades

    we run a organisation, I have built the form that will be used but we feel that a free service would not cater for our needs so feel we may need to upgrade to the next level account,

    seeing that I will be running the form side of things but not paying for it , how will this work will I be the account holder or a name on the account, does the account holder have to be the administrator, can the account be transfered, will we have to re build the form in a new account name if the paying body has to administer the form.

    we live in the uk so what is the cost  I cant seem to find if its US dollar or aussi Dollor or other

    Hi, Thanks for contacting us and for your intention to be a paying customer.

    Jotform forms belong to individual user accounts, so having multiple editors/access members is not possible.  However you could import copies of each form into each of your other accounts.  Have a look at this page for intructions on that.

    If you just want to share data amongst multiple people then instead of creating and managing lots of accounts simply create an Excel feed and send its URL to your users. Here is how you can do that:
