I cannot read the encrypted information after I have disabled the encryption

I cannot read the encrypted information after i have disabled the encryption

is there anyway to do it, i really need the info urgently to process orders

Please take note that the Form Encryption should be enabled in order to view the encrypted submissions.

After you enabled the Form Encryption, go back to the Submissions page. The form submissions should now be readable. If a pop-up window appears asking you to upload the Encryption Key, please upload it.
