Why is my conditional logic not working?

    Hi,

    I am locking form access based on email addresses. Currently, my conditional logic will work for 1 email but not multiple email addresses. Why is this? It worked 2 days ago but can't seem to get it to work today....

    I only see the first condition from the screenshot you provided on your form.

    Did you delete other conditions or are you working on some other form?
