When trying to integrate with Salesforce, why cant I map the Name and email fields

    When I try to match my jotforms fields to Salesforce fields no fields show up to match to. What am I missing?

    I have tested the Salesforce integration on a test form and was able to integrate it without any issue. It is displaying the fields normally in the integration wizard.

    Could you try log in to your JotForm account on a private/incognito window to see if the integration works fine? You may also try logging into a different browser to see if that works.

    Got it. Jumped ahead of myself and forgot to add the fields in Jotform first.
