Why my account is "autosuspended"?

    My account was "autosuspended" this morning while I was working on a form. Now none of my forms are available. Please let me know how I can restore the account.

    I checked your account and found that, you were using Password field in one of your forms, which is against our terms of use.

    Please try to avoid using sensitive form fields to prevent your account suspension.

    I have removed that field and reactivated your account.
