Unable to register multiple individuals

    I've heard from a couple people who tried to register that they weren't able register multiple individuals. Is there a fix for this?

    I cloned your form and I found out that the Unique Submission is set to "Check cookies and IP".


    If this is enabled, then multiple submissions from the same IP address are not allowed. This is the reason why your users cannot register multiple individuals on the same computer and same network or IP address.

    You can turn this off in the Form Settings by setting the Unique Submission to "No Check". Here's a guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.
