Can an email tied to a subscription be updated/changed if the email address provided is deactivated in the future? Will all forms be lost if this were to happen?

Were you referring to your JotForm account profile email?
You can change your account email in your Profile page (link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/ )
Click on the EDIT link to change the account/profile email.
