Our form works on about 50% of computers and mobile devices.

It appears on some devices that the main link https://www.shutterlyfabulous.com/make-a-payment will not load the iframe.

We have tried on some of these devices to load the direct form which will work, however on some devices even this will not work.

Can you please explain or help us investigate why this is happening?

Would you have a specific device in mind where this problem is happening? So far as of checking on the devices I have used, I was not able to see problems as the form loads properly on my end.

Will look forward to your response.

It seems to be completely at random - this is part of our issue. I know a brand new ipad is failing. Also an ipad2. However I have a seperate ipad 2 here that its working on. There literally seems to be no reason. Additionally we have a W10 PC with fully updated chrome - doesnt work, does work on iexplore on same machine.

Have you witnessed anything similar before where a form will randomly appear on some devices and not others?

We haven't experienced anything similar to which a form would get different results on a single type of device like what you have mentioned. So it either is not working on a certain device or it should.

If the case is as you have mentioned where on two iPad2 devices, it shows in one and it does not in another, there may be different factors resulting to as such. Some may due to the internet connection used, the browser that was used, or if the javascript is disabled on the browser (since you have embedded your form using the javascript code embed method).

I suggest that for such cases, you try to gather the information from your users to be able to point the problem and find the cause.

In any case, feel free to get back to us if you have additional questions or if you need assistance.
