URL has changed?

    Previously the Jot Form URL was https://form.jotform.us now it seems it is https://form.jotform.com. This is causing an issue, since I use a monthly scheduling form for our drivers on Ipads that have web browsing restrictions turn on. Our drivers out in the field can no longer access the monthly schedule. It is an issue to get all the Ipads back in to change this. The drivers do not have access to the restrictions. Why was this done? Is there a way around this?

    Were there others changed? I currently allow the following URL's

    As per checking, your forms are both accessible using the https://form.jotform.us/ and https://form.jotform.com/ URL. 


    You will still be able to access your form using the https://form.jotform.us/72813687102153. If you are not able to access the form properly using the https://form.jotform.us/, can you provide us more details of the error you encounter so we can further investigate?

    Tested that works. Will this be true going forward when I create new forms?

    Yes, you should be able to access your newly created form using the https://form.jotform.us/ URL.
