I`m having issue that I`m running out of qouta but my Plan says that my space is not full.
How can you help me?

As I checked, you received over quota emails on Oct 9, 2017.
Then, you upgraded to bronze plan on Oct,13.
You might have read those emails probably after upgrading your account. Sorry for the confusion. When I checked your current usage, it seems you are below than the limit of bronze plan.
