I locked myself out of my account and I never got my password reset email

I need help getting back into my account.

looking at your account I see its a guest account you will not be able to recover you password on a guest account until you register you account. You can use the same details including email to register account to move fro Guest account to either Free or Bronze accounts.

I signed in again, but now all my forms are gone.  Is there a way to recover them?

 If you happen to have the links to the forms, we might find them and transfer them to the new account.
