How can I use images on radio buttons?

    hello,

    Im trying to recreate the form below with radio buttons and associate the images but i cant seem to be able to get that to appear exactly the way it does in a new form. Is there any way i can do that in Jotform?

    You mentioned you wanted to use radio buttons with images but from how I see it on your screenshot, these are checkboxes. To ensure I'll cover both, try these 2 widgets:

    1. Image Checkboxes: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/image_checkboxes

    2. Image Radio Buttons: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/image_radio_buttons

    Both widgets above will allow you to use images as the option. They will behave as checkboxes or radio buttons respectively.
