Can more than one form be submitted together?

I don't think this is possible but I thought I would ask. We are a small community music festival for children and for entry forms they need separate forms for each class entered. Is there any way to combine all these forms and then just submit one payment at the end? Basically asking if there is a way to tack forms together so they only have to do one payment?

Our other questions is can we set the prices in a drop down for the PayPal example instead of having them set their own price a drop down comes up saying Sol-$20 Duet-$25 etc.?

Please note that it's not possible to submit multiple forms at once. Alternatively, you may add a multiple entries widget to your form so you can capture multiple information in the same field: https://widgets.jotform.com/category/multiple_entries
