    i'm making changes to my forms but source code is not changing so i end up with same unchanged form on my website.

    I changed title of form to "Quick Referral Form" and i changed the font to arial so it will match rest of my site. I also attempted to remove "Contact Us" title from hospice job applicant form for my hospice website: www.advancedcarehospice.com but again source code would not change and i'm stuck with unchanged form. Thanks.

    Since our development team has been migrating our database to a more powerful servers cloud, this have been causing some accounts to experience a lag while updating forms

    In your case the form is on  www.jotform.us domain  (http://www.jotform.us/form/22064881882157)  , so as a solution , please login into your Jotform account using  www.jotfom.us and perform the updates there.

    Also make sure the embedded code into your page is also modified to that domain.  When eveything gets restablished, you will not need to make the changes again

    still having same problem. i'm starting to wonder if i'm doing something wrong but i'm doing the same way i always have. the form seems to change in jotform website but the source code does not change and so i end up with same unchanged form on my website. frustrating...

    Here's the URL to the form I'm trying to update. I added a new text field called "Company Name", and renamed another one "Company contact".

    well i cleared my browser and it worked for 1 form now its doing the same thing again. i cleared my browser a second time but it still not working.

    Did you update your form login into your Jotform account using the correct domain?.

    Also, make sure the  current embedded form's URL gets updated into your page code

    from http://form.jotform.us/...    to http://www.jotform.us/...
