JotForm footer in the Thank you page

To the bottom of the Thank you message when attendees fil out the form. they are receiving a Thank you for filing the form.

And the bottom have  Jot Form....create your own form.

this should not be if i am paying you.

Please go to Account Settings page and disable the JotForm Branding. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.

You need to uncheck the "Show Powered by JotForm on my forms" option.
