I created a complex survey form and it is very slow

I created a complex survey. It is deadly slow as if it was being run on a computer with very little memory. I type and several seconds elapse before the field is written in with the text I just typed. Right now the form is unusable. I cleared the cache in my JotForm account, tried Edge instead of Chrome and restarted my PC, all of them did not help. Everything else on the Web or in the JotForm website including building the form is zippy in speed.

It's in the auto fill. Your form is a bit long, so I'd suggest utilizing the Session URL method of giving users the option to save and continue later.
