    I just realized that I may have inadvertently deactivated my account by using login and password.  I'm trying to set up usernames and passwords for my team for there online account.  Instead of login and password, can I use access code or username?

    I checked your account and found that, you are using password field in one of your forms and it is against our terms of use.

    If you want to use sensitive form fields like Password, you can use our encrypted form:

    However, I have removed the password field from your form and reactivated your accout.
