    The numbers are Wrong!

    Hi,

     

    Today when i log in to my account i see that, the numbers are totaly wrong, i have maximum 200 enter, but i appers to me something like 1900 enterings. 

     

    Fix it for me, please.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused you today. Regarding on this issue, our development team is already aware on this issue and they already migrate our database to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a data replication delay/problem between our servers, so some of the counts where increase incorrectly even though the submissions are correct.

    Please check the data on the Excel and compare it to your emails, and if you seen any missing entries in the Excel, then please let us know and we will look into it further.

    Still without solution, the biggets problem is, my community can't send news entries because appears my quota is full!

    Please a i need solution until tomorrow! :(
