Erroneous upgrade message

    i contacted you recently because we had gotten a notive that we had exceeded the 100 messages per month quota for a free account.

    i pointed out that we were no where near that many messages and received the following message on 9/4 at 3:15 p.m.

    Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused by this issue . We are ver aware of them and  it will take up to a day to get fixed  .

    I have already reset the counter and reactivated your account, so you don't need to upgrade if you don't need it.

    now i have received another over quota message.  I just want to be sure that we are good and that our services will not be disabled on 9/12 as the most recent message inidcates.

    Hi mecsy,

    Apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused you today. Our development team is already migrated our database to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a data replication delay/problems between servers and so some of the account where increase incorrectly even though the submissions are correct.

    I have now re-activated your account and reseted counter.
