Old Version of Form was just submitted - is this possible?

Someone just submitted an old version of a form - a choice was chosen that I had removed yesterday (one of the options in a dropdown). In trying to recreate that, I am not able to - the  choice doesn't show (which is what I was hoping for). Is there any way someone would be able access an old version of the form? The URL is https://form.jotform.com/62394017334958 The field is 'for which date are you registering'. October 12 is no longer an option - it was the first option until the date passed, then I removed it.

Also, all of my Archived Forms are now appearing in My Forms; no forms are in Archived any longer. I typically archive forms after unpublishing since we often have recurring events/RSVPs annually. Any reason this might have happened?

    Thank you.

I inspected the form you provided, but I did not find 'October 12' option inside of the dropdown field.

This could happen is if your form is embedded with the full source code and you did not re-embed the form when you made a change or if the user opened the form before you made a change and submitted the form after a change was made.

I would suggest you to contact that user and tell him/her to re-submit the form.

If it happens again, please let us know.

I moved your other question to a separate thread and we will provide you an answer there shortly.
