How do I cancel my bronze package? I only needed it for 1 month. I wont have more than 10 signups each month so the free package will be perfect for my business. I have a very small training business and every dollar right now is very important. I was charged the other day and realized I needed to cancel this.

It looks like you were charged for the monthly fee of the Bronze Plan, then you upgraded from monthly to yearly the next day.
We can surely cancel your paid subscription and downgrade you back to the free plan. However, for security reasons and verification purposes, we would kindly ask you to log in to your JotForm account first (conniep456). Once you're logged in as conniep456, reply to this thread with your confirmation for this cancel request.
