We are currently not having any issues with our Dropbox integration. I tested it and the submissions are being forwarded to Dropbox instantly. Here's a screen capture:
I recommend you to remove the current integration and then add it back again. You may refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm.
