How to build an order form that allows multiple orders?

Hi I already have a quick quote calculator which cals my customers price based on the width and length and converts into square metres and works price out on the amount of square metres,  I need another form where they can still get the cost via the calculator above but then on top of that build there order via selection options.  i.e  material with 2 options to choose,  then style with 4 options, size 4 options?  the price will remain the same what ever they select as the price is done on the square meter but i need my customer to be able to build there order and then make payment which is what the calculator has worked out.

This is the calculator I have at the moment    [embed]https://form.jotformeu.com/form/72723306845357[/embed]

still need this for quick quotes but need separate for when they place there order.

Thank you for your help and advice.

To my understanding, you want to pass the value (cost) to another form. If yes, you can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

    Here's a demo form: https://form.jotform.com/72874058228969

To clone the form, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

If you're referring to a different issue, please let us know. Thank you.

Hi I have got so far with my form below

     [embed]https://form.jotformeu.com/form/72723306845357[/embed]

I have now realised that if a customer wants to order for more that 1 window which is highly likely they need to be able to go through the process as many times as they need adding for each window and then it needs to total the whole order up at the end.

    Is that possible?

Please check our user guide on : How to Assign Calculation Value

You can use the assign calculation value method to translate the calculation into payment using custom payment method.

Hi but will this add the information each time my customer fills out the first form say 3 times into a area where it totals the 3 figures together giving a final total figure?   This seems quiet complicated for me.  Is there an easier way like a shopping cart which you can add to each time then that gives the total of everything added into it?

    Thanks Again.

Can you please clarify first that what you wanted is like this...

The ORDER SELECTION options should show only the available selections/options base on the value of the specified square meter in the 1st page.

You can use conditions to show/hide available options base on the value of square meter.

You can add condition in your form to display the appropriate options based on the value of "Price per meter² (£GBP)" field.

Can you please let us know which options should be displayed for what square meter value? We will help you build the required condition.

Hi all options will be same square metre price of 180 GBP other than unusual shaped which will be 200 GBP.  The calculator is built to reduce price to 160GBP if the square metre total is over 3.5 square metres.

I hope that answers your questions.

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. I would suggest you to please explain it with an example and we will take a look.

Sorry for my unclear explanation 😊. The form I have set up at the moment is good the cruisal part is the calculation which I have in place and it works fine. The selection boxes and pictures I don’t need to change the price already worked out that is so I know what type and styles the customer requires but what ever they select in the options makes no difference to the price as that is worked out on the square meter I charge my customer. So a customer fills out the form tells me the sizes which totals the cost which is for 1 window shutter. They select the options so I know what style and material etc they require which also is great. The issue I have is the customer may need 4 or 5 other shutters so I need the cost already priced to be put over in a shopping cart then for them to work out again in the calculator for the size of there other window again telling me what style and material they require. Then I need them to be able to add that to the same cart as the other price. Each time being able to go through the process and putting into the shopping cart and then for them to have the option to see the total overall cost of all the window shutters. I can either have that emailed to me telling the customer that a specialist will be in touch shortly to confirm there order or I need to have a way for the customer to make payment for all the window shutters in their cart.

    Hope that hat makes sense.

Thank you for clarifying your concern. From what I understand, the form you have created can only accommodate one window shutter order. However, your question is, what if the person filling up your form needs more than one window shutter?

Below is a workaround that you can use based on your requirements

With this workaround, you need to add multiple sets of the price calculator (price * square meters) and Order Selection.

You can have a field after each Order Selection section on your form asking your respondents if they would like to place another order. This field can be a checkbox with only one option — "Yes". If the checkbox is checked, it will show the next Window Shutter page, if not, it will show the last page with the Total Amount field and the submit button. You can use the Hide Page option of the Skip-to-a-page conditional logic for this workaround.

    Here is sample form:

    https://form.jotform.com/72885036402961

Please note that the form only shows how the condition mentioned above works. The price calculator for the Window Shutter #2 and #3 are not working.

Please feel free to let us know if in any case have misunderstood your concern or if you have other questions.
