Filter options in dropdown list or other type of widget

Can I filter options of dropdown list depend on the previous question's answer?

I know that either Grouped Values Dropdown or Dynamic Dropdowns can do this, but I want each level to go to separate field, not combining answer in the same column in the spreadsheet.

Could you please tell us more about what you're trying to achieve?

To my understanding, do you want to show the answers to the previous questions inside the Dropdown field? It means that the Dropdown field is blank at first then passing the value of the previous answers to it.

I have a long list of dropdown list to show, but it will depend on the choice of the answer of the previous questions. For example, as shown in picture above. If I would like the pre-defined list in column b to be filtered and show only the item that match the choice in column A.

Keep in mind that you can only do this on Text Box, Email, Text Area or Address field. You cannot pass field value inside the drop-down field.
