How do I get jotform to automatically email me a form category? Every time someone fills out a client history form, I'd like to get it emailed to me to file on my hard drive.

I am not exactly sure if I understood your question correctly.
If you want to receive submitted data to your email address when a user submit your form, you have to set up an Email Notification.
You can also Attach PDF of the submitted data to your email Notification. This way you will be able to download a PDF report of the submitted data to your computer from the email Notification. To achieve this you have to set PDF Attachment option to YES inside of the Email Notification settings.
You can also download your submission from the submission page.
