My form does not allow me to add all the content in the Notification and Auto Responder

I have created a form for our Contractors Agreement.  In that form, of our the terms an conditions are required to be show in the submitted form and the Email Notification and Auto-responder.

However after spending a considerable amount of time putting the form together, I discovered that the email has been truncated and is not showing all the form details that I put in, including the written text for the terms and conditions.

    Help please.

When you look at the form you will see that it has truncated just after the first part.

The notification and autoresponder only shows fields that received input data. Fields such as Texts, and Terms and Conditions will not be included. You will need to manually add the text in the email notification content settings.

Just to let you know, it is possible to include the text automatically in the PDF submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF

Hi, but that is the problem. I added the text manually, saved it and then when pressed Test Email and looked back into the Area to edit the Autoresponder all the manual text i entered was truncated to the point where you see it now.

There might be a technical limit of 65,535 bytes per email template on our end, so everything that exceeds the limit is being truncated.

I have reported the issue to our developers. However, we cannot guarantee that this is something that can be addressed in the nearest time. We will let you know if we have any updates on this.

As an alternative to the terms text in the email, you may consider sending a terms document attachment with your autoresponders.

Hi there, I will do that it would be great if you can open this up to a more text be allowed on a form.

Will it also truncate the pdf version if sent to the person making the form.
