And my Vendor application isn't recording entries despite receiving payment via PayPal once;

I reviewed your form existing submission data but I found that there were no completed submission payment yet.
The submission data were all in the Incomplete Payment Inbox which could mean those submissions were not completed successfully by the respondent.

Can you please double check if you actually received payments and yet the submission data were just in the Incomplete Payments Inbox?
For successful submission payments, they should be recorded in the completed submissions which can be seen in the submission grid viewer.
