I would like to change the default email sender name

Hello.

I would like to change the default email sender name appearing for each and everyone of our form submissions sent by our users. Is there anyway I or you can do this please? Or does a change have to come from within the xfverify site located here-  https://www.xverify.com/signup.html?kwd=jotform per your help guide?
