Only admin and supporters can change your account username.
Please provide at least 3 possible usernames so that we can check for its availability. If the first one is available, we'll change it right away.
Note: If you are using custom URL (https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
