Submission email sent using SMTP setting includes "UTF-8?B" in the sender name.

Hi, we got the forms to finally work, but we are still getting some strange characters (=?UTF-8?B??=) in the FROM field, here is a screenshot from Outlook from a form that was filled out by a parent.
Please help us with this problem, thank you.

Please note that this issue generally happens when there is no "Sender Name" configured in form. I would suggest you to please edit your form's notification email alert and set the "Sender Name" from the dropdown. Please check the screenshot below:
