Where do answers to feedaback form get sent?

I have created a feedback form and sent the link to my group. Where do the answers get stored ? Haven't received anything back yet so assuming something went wrong. Gave my email address when I registered so assumed feedback would be sent to that address.

I would appreciate your assistance.

When I check your email logs, emails seem to be sent without any issue.

I kindly ask you to check your spam folder and if you find an email from Jotform in your spam folder, please mark them as not spam.
