Paypal: Minimun Order and payment processing not working properly

i thought I had my form set up to make it a "minimum order of 25, but I just had someone order and they ordered only 18 & ALSO (another question I need help with)

their payment didn't go through ?

how can I make sure that it does!? 

As per checking, your form's payment seems to be set up properly. Regarding the "Minimum Order", may I know how you have set this up? If you are referring to the Default Quantity option, unfortunately, this option is not used to set a minimum order for your payment field. This option is used to set a default quantity on your payment field. 

If this is through conditions, I noticed that the setup of your conditions has errors.

On the processing of the payments, may we know if this is happening on all of your submissions or just for a specific submission? If this is for a specific submission, can you provide us the submission ID or details so we can trace the issue on the submission?

I am confused? What do I need to do to make it have the defaulted 25 ONLY -no less- qty? and then my additional of course?

this just started happening on the payment problems, my form was working fine until here lately I started having a lot of issues. idk what happened.

I did check your form and it seems you have added sub-products where user can input quantity. Please check the screenshot below:

Can you please let us know how you restricted earlier for minimum 25 quantity? Please let us know and we will take a look on what caused this issue.

2. Turn on Special Pricing Per Option.
