I received an email 10/14/2017 indicating that the subscription for account rfreeman1966 will be cancelled in 7 days (10/21/2017). Our procurement via credit cards has recently changed. I am working to get this resolved but, it may take longer than the remaining 5 days.
What will happen to my account if the subscription expires? Will I lose access to my data & current forms?

Please note that when your subscription is cancelled, your account will downgrade to free. Any of your form will not be lost but since in free account you can only receive up to 100 submissions, if you exceed submission limit, all your forms will disabled. No user will be able to submit forms.
Free account also has submission storage limit of 500. If you have more than 500 submissions in your account, once your subscription is cancelled, all your older submissions in excess of 500 will be deleted.
