Please view the form's title on this form https://form.jotform.com/72754675529975 on the title the superscript "st" does not display as it should be.

I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue you are encountering. The superscript element is working fine on the Form Builder.
However, on form view, the superscript is not properly displayed.
To fix the issue, can you please try this source code on your text field:
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">21<span style="vertical-align: super; font-size: 14px;">st</span> Century Community Learning Centers Cohort 9 Request for Proposal Submission</span></strong></p>
Just copy the code above and paste it on the source code window of the text field. To open the source code window, just click on the <> sign on the text field tool bar.
Remove existing code and paste the provided code above.
Then save your changes. After saving, this is how the form will look like on preview.

It works now. However, it would be better if the superscript code "<span style="vertical-align: super; font-size: 14px;">st</span>" could be added on the Build Edit properties?

I have reported the issue to our development team. For now, you can use the alternative solution that I have provided. We will update you on this thread once the embedded superscript functionality in the Text field editor is working.
