Do I need to use a template?

    I have my forms already built in html and looking the way I want them. If I use your product do I need to use a template? How customizable are your templates? Do you need to have one of the pay versions to be able to customize to any design you want? 

    I have my forms looking the way I want, I just need validation and send the form. Tried php but could never get it to work. HTML mailto works, but only if visitor has an email client set up on there computer.

    Depending on how your current forms were created, you may be able to import them from your web page:

    There are limitations on what can be imported so if there are scripts and such in the form or resources that are used externally, everything may not import.

    You could also recreate the forms in JotForm.  If you need to fully customize the layout, you can disabled the new form layout to allow for greater customization.  To do that, from the account settings page, uncheck the box for "Enable new form layout":
