Someone created an account without me knowing

Hi. I'm  guessing someone used my email and name without me knowing to create an account with you because I just received a thank you email from you all. 

If you could take me off the list or delete my account that would be great.

Thank you for contacting us on this issue. Our system use two way factor authentication when creating an account and unless someone has had access to your account they cannot activate the account since they do not have access to the activation link which has been sent to your inbox.

This is the main reason our platform only uses two way authentication on registration so as to avoid such scenario.

Once again apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused and we would wish to inform you this should not worry you as long as your email account is not compromised.
