I originally signed up with a free account. I just got a notice this morning that I had reached the limitations of that free account with my survey. I then upgraded to Bronze level. Does that automatically re-activate my survey?
Also, both times I've been asked to verify my email address, when I click the button to verify, it gives me a "link not valid" message. What gives?

Yes, your form is already reactivated.
Do you use some email client or webmail? Can you try the verification link in email client and webmail to see if the result is the same?
Note that the email verification should not affect your account.
