    Changes I've made to my form aren't showing up on my website. Why?

    I've made a new form, and the changes I've made to it aren't coming through on my company's website. Is there a lag time between when changes are made, and when they actually show up?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.

    Your form is working fine in my end upon checking, using both chrome and firefox. Please take a look screenshot of your website where your form embedded. Have you tried already deleting browser cache and cookies? If not, please give a try.

    The problem is  the Company Name field has a first and last name box next to it. I added a new text field for the Company Name and changed what was Company Name to Company Contact.


    The updated version is on the left side, and what's showing up on the internet is on the right side.

    My changes are still not taking effect on our website. It's okay if this is a temporary problem. If you guys know, please just let us know what's up. Hope to hear back some time soon.

    lease accept my apologies on behalf of the Jotform Team

    As you have noticed  This is a data replication problem between our servers in different data centers.


    You may either wait little bit for the changes to be updated, or you can use the same domain name where your form is

    For example if your form is on http://www.jotform.us

    We are advising our customers to  login and use the form builder on that domain, in your case http://www.jotform.us

    Then there will not be any lag in the updates. Usually there is no lag ,but like I said, our developers are doing some database maintenance

    Also , make sure the  current embedded form's URL  gets updated into your page code

    from http://form.jotform.us/...    to http://www.jotform.us/...
