Issue 1
I have conditions set to add all hours and pay rate for the Class portion and then all the pay rates for the Parties/Receipts portion then have the totals be add for Amount Due. However, the Amount Due field is not pulling into the Class Total.
Issue 2
When instructors have clicked the "Print Form" button then come back to submit, they notice that the totals that were originally displayed are no longer seen (attached images).Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/72626897704166 -

Can you please confirm that this is the form https://form.jotform.com/72626897704166 that have the issue?
I reviewed the form but I found that the Calculation widgets doesn't have formulas on them.
