Hi, its been a long time since I logged into my account. I logged into my account yesterday and made a form. I am unable to preview it. Messages says, "Form is in restore mode." Would you please re-activate my account if necessary so I can preview and copy my form codes. Thanks.

That is something that happens when the forms are not used for some time. I re-activated your account and it should be working now.
