How do I change the payment processor on a form?

    Hi, there, I'm having trouble switching from Paypal to Square for payment processing on this form. https://www.jotform.com/build/72888962640168


    When I create a new form from scratch, all payment processors are an option. On this form, however, everything is grayed out except Paypal. I understand I can only use one processor per form. I just need to change the processor.

    This happens because you have an existing Paypal field on your form

    Please note that there can only be one payment field per form. So you will need to delete this field in order for you to be able to add the Square payment field.

    If you are worried about your product items, you don't have to. Once you remove your Paypal field and added Square, the same product items will appear on your Square payment field.
