    ich habe den Account geupdatet und den Betrag überwiesen. Wann wird das Upgrade freigeschalten?

    As far as I understood you have made payment, however, it didn't reflect your account.

    I have seen that we have received the last payment for your account on 27 April 2017. I have checked your account seems to be Premium Plan. However, you have over-limited monthly form view limits as you have received 11,427 form views on this month. This is the reason why your forms show form over quota error.

    Besides that, we didn't receive any payment recently for the account named "mkoch881". If you have any invoice or invoice number please send us.
