My form has been working fine up until last week.
When a customer fills the form in, adds an amount in the payment box, then presses 'submit', it takes them to the external site to pay but it does not send the form to me. Notification of payment comes through, but no form so no details.
The form and the payment details were being sent up until recently

As I have checked your email configurations, your recipient email address email@example.com was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
That was the reason you did not receive submissions into your email address firstname.lastname@example.org. I have removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.
Moreover, you can check if any email is in our bounce list or not and if the email address is in our bounce list, you can remove it as you can see at the following document link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
