Billing has been renewed today but plan limits have not been refreshed and I am approaching the ends of my limits. Need help asap.

    Hello,

     

    Currently I am on the Bronze package, which renews every 17th. But my limits have not been renewed today. Today my plan should renew but it has not, and I am approaching the submission/form views limits fast from my previous 30 days and it needs to be updated asap.

    Submission limits reset on the first day of each calendar month for all users, regardless of when the subscription was created.  The next reset will be November 1st. 

    I see you have already upgraded to Silver.  You can always downgrade back to Bronze when you no longer need the extra limits.
