Attachment problem

    When I use an email provider other than "@ jotform.com" the email attachment is not being sent.


    in this case I am using the antreves sending of the gmail email. of a .pdf file, but the recipient does not receive the pdf

    Please try adding the {pdf-link} and enabling the PDF attachment in the notification email settings. Here's a screen animation guide that you can follow:
