Noticed one of my forms was down, so tried to log in to see what was up and after NOT being let in, I reset my password but I STILL cannot log in.

It seems that you have already opened a thread regarding the issue.
One of my colleagues is already assigned to it and I would suggest you refer to that thread to avoid confusion.
