Unable to change password

    Hi there!

    I forgot my password so I go to "forgot password" & it says it successfully sent a change of password option to the email associated with my account (the one I enter) & nothing happens. I have tried this multiple times & to no avail.

    Please advise as I need to access the forms I've created for my current project.

    I checked your email address (carlito**er@gmail.com) and I did not find any JotForm account associated with it. As you can see in the Signup page, the email address is still available.
