Data grid widget: Not showing in submissions page

Hi. There is Data Grid Widget in my form and two headers which do not show up on Submission PDF report. I have followed instructions from this link https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report 

but after trying it few times saving each time the report, the fields still do not appear on the PDF submission.

I tested this issue and I was able to replicate it. 

The data grid is not showing in submissions at all. I will forward this issue to our backend team for further checking.

The widget does not send any values to the form, so at this time its not possible to add the data grid to the PDF report. But that might change. 

IN the meantime, please use the text field on the builder using the table layout.
